PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR OLDER ADULTS IN THE JEWISH COMMUNITY TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, RELIGIOUS SERVICES, SOCIAL EVENTS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE JEWISH COMMUNITY. 3. PROVIDE GRANTS TO PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS FOR OLDER ADULT PROGRAMMING AND SUPPORT. 4. PROVIDE AN INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARE GIVERS. 5.
