THE GEORGE RANCH HISTORICAL PARK (GRHP) - OPERATING EXPENSESTHE GRHP IS AN OUTDOOR LIVING MUSEUM WHERE EVERY DAY, THE LEGENDS AND LEGACIES OF THOSE WHO SHAPED THIS PLACE COME TO LIFE. AUTHENTIC LOCATIONS, HISTORIC HOMES, COSTUMED PRESENTERS AND A REMARKABLE STORY OF DETERMINATION AND COURAGE SET THE STAGE FOR TREKKING THROUGH TEXAS HISTORY. PUBLIC TOURS AND AN EXTENSIVE LIST OF SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE.DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE RESULTING SHUTDOWNS, 2021 VISITATION BEGAN A RECOVERY FROM 2020 YET STILL NOT AT PRE-PANDEMIC LEVELS. 8,385 STUDENT GROUP ATTENDEES FROM 54 SCHOOLS PLUS 45 PRIVATE/CHARTER GROUPS - 17 INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICTS, PLUS 25 PRIVATE/CHARTER SCHOOLS, AND 11 COUNTIES; TOTAL GRHP ATTENDANCE FOR 2021 = 13,647
