REDWOOD COMPLEX INC. IS A SET OF 6 APARTMENTS DESIGNED FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. RESIDENTS RECEIVE LIVING AND SELF-HELP SKILLS TRAINING TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. HUD PROVIDES RENTAL SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE RESIDENTS AND REQUIRES THE RESIDENTS TO PAY A RENTAL AMOUNT. THE RESIDENT'S RENT APPROXIMATES 30% OF THE RESIDENT'S ADJUSTED INCOME OR IS A FLAT RENTAL FEE DETERMINED BY HUD.
