TAB PROMOTED THIS IN IN-PERSON PRESENTATIONS WITH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS AND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE LEADERS THROUGHOUT TEXAS.


THE JPMORGAN CHASE GRANT EXPANDED TABCCF'S "SECOND CHANCE" HIRING INITIATIVE, BUILDING A COALITION OF EMPLOYERS WHO SUPPORT OR WISH TO ADOPT SECOND CHANCE HIRING PRACTICES. THE TEXAS SECOND CHANCE EMPLOYERS COALITIONA NETWORK OF BUSINESSES COMMITTED TO PROMOTING SECOND CHANCE HIRINGENGAGES AND SUPPORTS TEXAS EMPLOYERS, CONNECTING THEM WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS AND STATE AGENCIES TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION.
