THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOLDS GENERAL PARTNER INTERESTS IN OTHER LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS,AND IS CURRENTLY SPONSORING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TWO LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS. THESE ACTIVITIES PROVIDE LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES CONTINUED ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE, SAFE HOUSING AT BELOW MARKET RENTAL RATES.
