PROVIDED INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES AND INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING FAMILY-BASED OPTIONS FOR INSTITUTIONALIZED CHILDREN. DIRECTLY ASSISTED CHILDREN TO RETURN HOME OR MOVE FROM FACILITIES BY MATCHING CHILDREN WITH RECRUITED FAMILIES, CONTRIBUTING TO THE OVERALL REDUCTION IN USE OF INSTITUTIONS BY CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
