AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE THAT IS HELD IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS ALLOWS EMDRIA TO KEEP MEMBERS UP TO DATE ON THE LATEST PROTOCOLS, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE EMDR PRACTICE. THE CONFERENCE ENABLES MEMBERS TO MEET CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS MANDATED BY LICENSING AGENCIES AND EMDRIA CERTIFICATION.
MEMBERSHIP - EMDRIA SERVES MEMBERS THROUGH ESTABLISHMENT AND UPHOLDING STANDARDS OF PRACTICE, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION, AND RESEARCH. EMDRIA ALSO PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH INFORMATION, EDUCATION, AND ADVOCACY, AS WELL AS ASSISTS PRACTITIONERS INFULFILLING THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS RECEIVE A QUARTERLY MAGAZINE, MONTHLY E-NEWSLETTER, AND QUARTERLY PROFESSIONAL JOURNAL.
