CIS-SCT SERVES SEVEN SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND PROVIDED 3,873 AT-RISK STUDENTS WITH INTENSIVE, INDIVIDUALIZED, HOLISTIC SERVICES.IN ADDITION, CIS-SCT PROVIDED TWO OR MORE SERVICES TO OVER 34,000 STUDENTS. CIS-SCT ACCOMPLISHED THIS IN COLLABORATION WITH 464 VOLUNTEERS PROVIDING 13,002 HOURS OF SERVICES AND OVER 410 COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THROUGH A COMBINATION OF INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SERVICES, CIS-SCT'S IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE RESULTED IN A 81% IMPROVEMENT IN BEHAVIOR;77% IMPROVEMENT IN ATTENDANCE;92% IMPROVEMENT IN ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE;99% STAYED IN SCHOOL;97% WERE PROMOTED TO THE NEXT GRADE AND 97% OF ELIGIBLE SENIORS GRADUATED.60 MENTORS WERE MATCHED WITH STUDENTS IN NEED OF AN ADULT ROLE MODEL;91 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WERE PROVIDED WITH COLLEGE AND CAREER PREPARATION ACTIVITIES.CIS-SCT IS COMMITTED TO ADDRESSING THE MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS OF THE YOUTH WE SERVE. 1,461 STUDENTS RECEIVED SUICIDE PREVENTION PROGRAMMING AND 176 STUDENTS RECEIVED 1,187 HOURS OF ONE ON ONE THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING AT NO COST TO THEM OR THEIR FAMILIES, A VALUE OF $148,375.
