THE TEXAS ORGANIZATION OF RURAL AND COMMUNITY HOSPITALS IS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THE STATE'S RURAL AND COMMUNITY HOSPITALS. THE ORGANIZATION ADRESSES THE SPECIAL NEEDS, INTERESTS AND ISSUES AFFECTING THEIR ABILITY TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC AND THE COMMUNIITES THEY SERVE. THE PROGRAMS AND SERVCES ASSIST THE HOSPITALS IN ACHIEVING OPERATIONAL, PRODUCTION, QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS, AND EXPENSE REDUCTION AND REVENUE ENHANCEMENTS.
