HEALTH CARE FOR ALL: STRIDE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ADDRESSES THE NEED FOR AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE CARE TO UNINSURED AND UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS. OUR MISSION IS TO PARTNER WITH THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT, CULTURALLY-SENSITIVE HEALTH SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL. FROM A SINGLE CLINIC IN 1989, STRIDE HAS GROWN INTO AN EXTENSIVE, INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM WITH 16 LOCATIONS ACROSS ADAMS, ARAPAHOE, DOUGLAS, JEFFERSON, AND PARK COUNTIES, INCLUDING COVID IMMUNIZATION CLINICS, FOUR SCHOOL-BASED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS AND A MOBILE MEDICAL VAN. WE SERVE OVER 55,000 PATIENTS ANNUALLY WITH OUR INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM PROVIDING PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE, DENTAL CARE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND WRAP-AROUND SERVICES.
