THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO PRESERVE, DEVELOP AND PROMOTE HISTORICAL SITES AT FORT PHIL KEARNY AND ALONG THE BOZEMAN TRAIL. A PRIORITY IS TO EDUCATE SCHOOL GROUPS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE BOZEMAN TRAIL AND ITS HISTORICAL SITES.

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE ASSOCIATION PRESENTED HISTORICAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AT FORT PHIL KEARNY AND AT OTHER SITES ALONG THE BOZEMAN TRAIL, INCLUDING TOURS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND REENACTMENTS. AN AMERICAN INDIAN COLLEGE STUDENT INTERPRETIVE RANGER PROGRAM BEGAN THIS YEAR. THE ASSOCIATION SOLD HISTORICAL BOOKS INCLUDING THE PRINTING AND SALE OF A NEW BOOK ABOUT GENERAL HENRY CARRINGTON.
