SAFETY NET- PROVIDES ONE-TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTS OF SAN ANTONIO WHO NEED HELP AVOIDING EVICTION, UTILITY DISCONNECTION, ACCESS TO FOOD, AND OTHER NECESSITIES ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO CLIENTS WHO NEED ASSISTANCE WITH ACCESSING RESOURCES AND BENEFITS, HEALTH CARE, HOUSING AND RELOCATION, FINANCIAL NEEDS, TRANSPORTATION, AND OCCUPATIONAL NEEDS. CASE MANAGERS ALSO PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT AND ONGOING SUPPORT TO CAREGIVERS AND OLDER ADULTS. THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED 504 INDIVIDUALS WITH THIS PROGRAM DURING FYE 22.
COUNSELING PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL COUNSELING IS PROVIDED TO THE SAN ANTONIO COMMUNITY AND OUTLYING AREAS. THIS INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY, AND GROUP COUNSELING SESSIONS.
