THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS THE NON COMMISSIONED AND PETTY OFFICERS OF THE US ARMED FORCES THROUGH REGISTERED LOBBYIST AND VOLUNTEERS WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR AGENCIES.


CHAPTER PROGRAMS PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS AND SUPPORT TO MDA, SPECIAL OLYMPICS, AND COMMUNITY, CHARITY AND BENEVOLENT PROGRAMS.


THE VETERAN SERVICE OFFICER PROGRAM ASSISTS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN FILING AND PURSUING CLAIMS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN ADMINISTRATION, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
