THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS THE NON COMMISSIONED AND PETTY OFFICERS OF THE US ARMED FORCES THROUGH REGISTERED LOBBYIST AND VOLUNTEERS WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR AGENCIES.


CHAPTER PROGRAMS PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS AND SUPPORT TO MDA, SPECIAL OLYMPICS, AND COMMUNITY, CHARITY AND BENEVOLENT PROGRAMS.
