TODAY'S HARBOR FOR CHILDREN PROVIDES A HOME AND PROMOTES THE WELFARE FOR 23 DEPENDENT, NEGLECTED AND HOMELESS CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF FIVE AND EIGHTEEN DURING THE YEAR.
