OVER THE YEARS THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN SO SUCCESSFUL AND CHANGED SO MANY LIVES THAT THERE ARE TWO OTHER PROGRAMS BLUEPRINTED FROM THIS ONE. DARP CONTINUES TO SAVE TAXPAYERS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN STATE AND FEDERAL INCARCERATION COSTS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT HELPS PARTICIPANTS BECOME SUBSSTANCE ABUSE FREE AND LAW ABIDING, TAX PAYING CITIZENS.
