THESE BUILDINGS ALSO HOUSE THE ARDENEUM'S COLLECTIONS OF ART EXHIBITS AND HISTORICAL LIBRARY MATERIALS. THE BUILDINGS ARE SITUATED ON THE GROUNDS OF THE ARDENEUM GARDENS WHICH ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR STUDY, EDUCATIONAL AND ARTISTIC PURPOSES. THE EXPENDITURES FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDINGS AND GARDENS INCLUDE INSURANCE, WAGES AND RELATED BENEFITS, UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS AND GARDENING EXPENSES.
