SCHOOLS WITHIN THE MOORE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OKLAHOMA RECEIVE GRANTS TO ASSIST TEACHERS WITH EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, EXPERIENCES, AND PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS. ADDITIONALLY, MPSF RAISES FUNDING FOR SPECIAL DISTRICT-WIDE SAFETY AND SECURITY PROJECTS.THE IMPACT FROM COVID CAUSED SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO OPERATIONS. IN-PERSON MEETINGS WERE MOVED TO VIRTUAL MEETINGS AND THE SPRING GRANT TRANSITIONED INTO A LARGE GRANT FOR THE DISTRICT TO PRINT WORKSHEETS AND MATERIALS FOR DISTANCE LEARNING.
