FACILITATE MEDICALLY NEEDY PATIENTS WITH FREE MEDICAL THERAPY OR TREATMENT AT SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED OR NO COSTS. FACILITATE HOSPITAL TREATMENT FOR PATIENTS WITH NO MEDICAL INSURANCE OR WHO ARE SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERINSURED.
