THE ORGANIZATION DIRECTS A CONVENTION THAT PROVIDES CLINICS FOR BANDMASTERS TO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING AND ENHANCING THEIR INDIVIDUAL SCHOOL PROGRAMS. THERE WERE 196 ACTIVE MEMBERS DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR.
