FACILITATED CONTINUED REVISIONS AND WORK PERFORMED IN AN EXISTING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT THAT ALLOWS THE CONTINUATION OF CUSTOMER FUNDING OF US ARMY CORP PROJECTS, OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE (O&M) REPAIRS AT SOUTHWESTERN'S HYDROPOWER PROJECTS. ADVOCATED FOR THE PROTECTION OF FEDERAL HYDROPOWER CUSTOMERS AGAINST ANY LIABILITIES FROM UNUSED FEDERAL AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW OR UPGRADED TRANSMISSION LINES. PROTECT FEDERAL HYDROPOWER CUSTOMERS FROM ANY NEW LEGISLATION WHICH MIGHT BE ENACTED.
