THE MISSION OF THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF GREATER OKLAHOMA CITY IS TO ENSURE THE CONTINUITY OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE, ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF JEWISH LIFE AND BUILD A STRONG, SECURE AND UNIFIED JEWISH COMMUNITY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA, IN ISRAEL AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

Part 3 - Line 4a

JEWISH EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT - EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR THE COMMUNITY, EDUCATION OF YOUTH IN JEWISH CULTURE AND TRADITIONS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS. TEACH AND ENCOURAGE LOCAL JEWISH COMMUNITY SPIRIT AND CULTURE THROUGH RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS, SINGLES, AND YOUTH, CULTURAL PROGRAMS AND ADULT TRIPS TO ISRAEL AND THE HOLOCAUST MUSEUM. INCREASE AWARENESS OF JEWISH COMMUNITY NEEDS AND AVAILABLE SERVICES THROUGH NEWSLETTERS, LEADERSHIP MEETINGS, ETC., AND PROVIDE SOCIAL WELFARE SERVICES TO TRANSIENTS AND OTHERS IN NEED. PROMOTE THE PHILANTROPIC SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY IN THE UNITED STATES.


CAMP CHAVERIM IS A JEWISH SUMMER DAY CAMP OPEN TO ALL CHILDREN. 127 CHILDREN ATTENDED CAMP IN 2021.


THE 2021 FALL PROGRAM HAD 191 DIVERSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN ATTENDANCE.


YOM HASHOAH/HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE PROGRAM IS OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
