IT IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY, COLLECTING INCOME THEREFROM AND TURNING OVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT (LESS EXPENSES) TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BROTHERS OF THE SACRED HEART OF NEW ORLEANS INC. (A QUALIFIED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION), IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SUPPORT & INCOME FOR THE EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURSUITS OF THAT ORGANIZATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE OPERATION OF BROTHER MARTIN SCHOOL IN NEW ORLEANS, LA. THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED IN JUNE, 1988 IN ORDER TO TAKE TITLE TO INVESTMENT PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE CAMPUS OF BROTHER MARTIN HIGH SCHOOL.
