PROVIDE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INDIVIDUALS TO RECEIVE INSTRUCTION IN THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE AND PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF ITALIAN DESCENT.
