WE IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH INFORMED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, OUTREACH & COLLABORATION.

NHS CONSTRUCTION-THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, TRAINING AND TARGETED HOME-BUILDING, WE AND OUR PARTNERS MAKE THE ASPIRATION OF AFFORDABLE. SECURE AND HAPPY PLACES TO LIVE REAL FOR LOW AND MODEST-INCOME RESIDENTS THROUGHOUT GREATER NEW ORLEANS. SERVICE RANGE FROM DEVELOPMENT OF BELOW-MARKET-RATE SINGLE FAMILY HOUSES AND APARTMENTS TO HIGH QULAITY RENOVATED HOMES FOR OWNERSHIP OF RENTAL.
HOMEOWNERSHIP CENTER-PROVIDES SUSTAINABLE HOWNERSHIP THROUGH HOME BUYER SERVICES, INCLUDING COUNSELING AND FINANACIAL LITERACY WORKSHOPS AND FORECLOSURE ASSISTANCE TO HELP PEOPLE STAY IN THEIR HOMES.
