TOTAL OF 1,047 EYE CORNEAS AND TISSUES WERE RECEIVED FROM 550 ORGAN DONORS. 569 USED FOR TRANSPLANT. 49 USED FOR TRAINING AND RESEARCH. THERE WERE 42 TRANSPLANTS FROM IMPORTED TISSUE. THERE WERE 86 SCLERA TRANSPLANTS.
