COMPTON GARDENS AND CONFERENCE CENTER - THE PEEL COMPTON FOUNDATION HAS PRESERVED THE LATE DR. COMPTON'S HOUSE AND SURROUNDING LAND. IN 2005, COMPTON GARDENS WAS COMPLETED AND OPENED TO THE PUBLIC. THE GARDENS, SITE FOR PUBLIC ACCESS TO IN-TOWN GREEN SPACE, FEATURES OVER 320 SPECIES OF NATIVE PLANTS IN A WOODLAND SETTING. IT ALSO INCLUDES WALKING TRAILS AND WILDLIFE. THE GARDEN IS DEDICATED TO THE ADVANCEMENT AND APPRECIATION OF GARDENING, HORTICULTURE, AND THE CONSERVATION OF PLANTS IN THE BIOLOGICAL COMMUNITIES ON WHICH THEY DEPEND. THE GARDENS ARE OPEN DAWN TO DUSK, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AND THERE IS NO ADMISSION CHARGE.


OSAGE PARK - PEEL HOUSE FOUNDATION OPERATES AND MANAGES OSAGE PARK, AN URBAN PARK FULL OF NATURAL EXPERIENCES AND RECREATIONAL ADVENTURES. OSAGE PARK IS A THRILLING DESTINATION FOR VISITORS OF ALL AGES, INTERESTS, AND ABILITIES. YOU CAN BECOME A CHAMPION ARCHER, A LEADING CONSERVATIONIST, OR SIMPLY A CURIOUS EXPLORER. OSAGE PARK PROVIDES ACCESS TO FLOATING BOARDWALKS AROUND THE PARK'S 12-ACRE WETLAND ECOSYSTEM AND UNIQUE PROGRAMMING AT THE QUIVER ARCHERY RANGE.


COLER MOUNTAIN BIKE PRESERVE - OPERATE AND MANAGE A 350 ACRE NATURAL MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAIL PRESERVATION SITE IN THE HEART OF BENTONVILLE, AR. THE BIKE TRAILS ARE OPEN FREE TO THE PUBLIC WITH ACCESS TO OVER 19 MILES OF SOFT SURFACE BIKING TRAILS.


PEEL HOUSE MANSION AND GARDENS - THE PEEL COMPTON FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED TO HELP SAVE THE PEEL HOUSE MANSION, A HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURE WHICH WAS THREATENED WITH DESTRUCTION. THE FOUNDATION HAS MADE IT POSSIBLE TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE THE MANSION TO ITS PREVIOUS GLAMOUR. THE GRANTS AND DONATIONS THE PEEL COMPTON FOUNDATION RECEIVES ARE FOR THE DIRECT RESTORATION OF THE HOUSE AND GROUNDS.
