SINCE IT'S BEGINNINGS IN 1995 ANY POSITIVE CHANGE INCORPORATED HAS PROVIDED SERVICES TO LAKE COUNTY CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY THROUGH TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDING NO COST HARM REDUCTION SERVICES INCLUDING CLEAN INJECTION SUPPLIES, NALOXONE, DRUG USER INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND REFERRAL SOURCES TO ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG SERVICE PROGRAMS, HEALTH AND OTHER SERVICES. PROVIDES HOPE AND SAVES LIVES AS HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED THROUGH VARIOUS PROVEN METHODS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. THE ORGANIZATION IS PROUD TO BE PARTNERING WITH THE CALIFORNIA HARM REDUCTION INITIATIVE, THE SIERRA HEALTH FOUNDATION MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT PROGRAM AND SUPPORT FROM VARIOUS LOCAL FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES TO CARRY OUT THIS VITAL NON-PROFIT PROGRAM.
