ACTIVITIES PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE AND OPERATED PRIMARILY TO FURTHER THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY BY BRINGING ABOUT CIVIC BETTERMENT AND SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE PERMITTED PURPOSES. THE MISSION IS TO CAUSE GREATNESS BY MENTORING MEN TO LIVE WITH EXCELLENCE AND, AS MATURE MASCULINE LEADERS, CREATE SUCCESSFUL FAMILIES, CAREERS, AND COMMUNITIES. OUR LEADERSHIP MEETING AND WORKSHOPS PROVIDE A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR CHAPTERS/DIVISIONAL, REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEADERS TO MEET AND REVIEW, DISCUSS AND COMMUNICATE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRESS, INCLUDING GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND ACTION PLANS FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR INCLUDING COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS. THESE LEADERSHIP MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS TOOK PLACE BOTH FACE TO FACE AND THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
"LEGACY DISCOVERY" - OUR ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY "EXPERIENTIAL" TRAINING/EVENT IS HELD IN ALL OF OUR REGIONS. THE PURPOSE OF LEGACY DISCOVERY IS A POWERFUL JOURNEY THAT CELEBRATES THE STRENGTH, WISDOM, INSIGHT AND PURPOSE A MAN CARRIES THROUGH THE WORLD. THE TRAINING, OVER A WEEKEND, IS AN EXPLORATION OF THE COLLECTIVE WISDOM OF MEN, AND A VOYAGE THAT LEADS MEN TO THEIR "PURPOSE" AND THE POWER TO CREATE THE "LEGACY" THAT THEY WANT TO LEAVE TO THE WORLD. THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE LEGACY DISCOVERY PROGRAM CONTINUED TO ENSURE THE MATERIAL CONTENT IS STANDARDIZED WITH QUALIFIED TRAINING TEAMS TO DELIVER THE LEGACY DISCOVERY PROGRAM POWERFULLY WITH HIGH PRODUCTION STANDARDS.
TEAM MEMBER; BASIC LEADERSHIP; ESSENTIAL SKILLS; ENROLLMENT AND VARIOUS OTHER TRAININGS THAT MENTOR DISCOVER INSPIRE OFFERS OUR MEMBERSHIP AND THE COMMUNITY, ARE ORGANIZED INTO MODULES WHICH BUILD UPON EACH OTHER, AS WELL AS THE FOUNDATIONS OF MENTOR DISCOVER INSPIRE'S MISSION TO PROVIDE A RICH INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE ON MANY TOPICS INCLUDING: PARTICIPATION AND OWNERSHIP IN ONE'S LIFE; PREPARATION TO SUCCEED; PLANNING AND LEADERSHIP; AND TRUST AND RELIANCE UPON OTHERS. THESE TRAININGS TOOL PLACE PRIMARILLY THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING.
BESIDES THE SCHEDULED, RESERVATION-BASED, TUITION-CONNECTED TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS, REFERENCED IN 4A, 4B, AND 4C, MENTOR DISCOVER INSPIRE HAS REGULAR MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY IN-PERSON AND/OR ON-LINE MEETINGS INVOLVING IT'S MEMBERSHIP AND/OR LEADERSHIP IN THEIR CHAPTERS/DIVISIONS AND REGIONS. THESE MEETINGS REINFORCE THE LESSONS TAUGHT IN THE TRAININGS AND HELP LEADERSHIP PREPARE FUTURE MEETINGS AND EVENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND THE GUESTS FROM THE COMMUNITY. THESE REGULAR MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS PROVIDE MENTORING FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO CAUSE GREATNESS IN CREATING SUCCESSFUL FAMILIES, CAREERS AND COMMUNITIES.
