THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INSTRUCTION AND GAME EXPERIENCE TO OVER 1500 CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 TO 18. THE CHILDREN ARE TAUGHT THE RULES, TECHNIQUES, AND PRACTIVES OF SOCCER BY OVER 400 VOLUNTEER COACHES AND COORDINATORS. THE ORGANIZATION IS AFFILIATED WITH THE CALIFORNIA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (CYSA). ADMINISTRATION IS PROVIDED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS. FREE PARTICIPATION IS PROVIDED TO AREA LOW INCOME PERSONS. CRITERIA FOR FREE PARTICIPATION IS SET BY CONTRA COSTA COUNTY. MEMBERS ARE RECRUITED FROM CROCKETT AND PORT COSTA IN THE EAST TO RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA IN THE WEST.
