CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE, PARTICIPATION AND ENGAGEMENT- IN YHE SERVICE OF STRENGTHENING PUERTO RICOS SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE, THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO BRING CITIZENS CLOSER TO THEIR GOVENRMENT SO THAT SOCIETY AS A WHOLE CAN IMPLEMENT CHANGE THAT WILL LEAD TOWARDS A MORE EQUITABLE SOCIETY.
