IN 2021, CNE FOCUSED ITS WORK ON FOUR KEY AREAS TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION: RELIABLE AND ACCESSIBLE ENERGY, LOCALLY-LED RECONSTRUCTION, ENHANCED EFFECTIVENESS OF FEDERAL POLICIES, AND SECURE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING. IN EACH OF THESE AREAS SEMINAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS WERE CONDUCTED, SUCH AS THE HOUSING RECONSTRUCTION MONITORING DASHBOARD, AND AN END OF YEAR CONFERENCE, THE CNE GROWTH POLICY SUMMIT 2021, AMONG OTHERS. THE COMMUNICATIONS TEAM CONTINUED PRODUCING A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER WHERE CNE EXPERTS DIVE DEEP INTO A VARIETY OF ISSUES CONFRONTING PUERTO RICO.
