CONSISTS MAINLY OF HOSPITALIZATION COSTS AND PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES AMOUNTING TO $378,107. THE COVERAGE OF MEDICAL COSTS INCLUDES ANESTHESIOLOGY, SURGERY, DENTAL SURGERY, STUDIES, SUPPLIES, AUDIOLOGY, MEDICATION, AND OTHERS.
