DURING 2005 THE CORPORATION TOOK POSSESSION OF LAND PURCHASED IN 2003 BY AN AFFILIATE ORGANIZATION. THE CORPORATION DESIGNED A BUILDING AND BUILT ON THE LAND. THE CORPORATION OPENED A SECOND BUILDING IN 2015. THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS FOR ADDITIONAL BUILDINGS IS ONGOING. ALL PRE-CONSTRUCTION EXPENSES ARE CAPITALIZED AS PART OF THE COST TO CONSTRUCT THE BUILDINGS. THE BUILDINGS ARE NOW BEING RENTED TO RELIGIOUS AFFILIATES AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
