TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE FOR COVID PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE. PURCHASE PPE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES. PROVIDE TRAINING SPECIFICALLY FOCUSING ON HEALTH CARE WORKER SAFETY WHEN CARING FOR COVID-19 PATIENTS.
