WE IDENTIFY, TRAIN, AND PROVIDE JOBS FOR EXCEPTIONAL STUDENTS IN LOW-INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS. WE PROVIDE THEM WITH INDIVIDUAL COLLEGE AND CAREER COUNSELING AS WELL AS TRAINING IN SELF-AWARENESS, EMOTIONAL MODULATION, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, TIME MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL LITERACY. WE HIRE THEM TO WORK IN SUMMER AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS WITH THE YOUNGER CHILDREN IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
