DURING FYE 6/30/2022, LEADERSHIP BROWARD FOUNDATION PROVIDED FOUR CORE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS: LEADERSHIP BROWARD, YOUTH LEADERSHIP BROWARD,FOLLOW THE LEADER IN YOU, AND WOMEN LEADING BROWARD. AS OF 2022, LBF HAS APPROXIMATELY 3,000 GRADUATES - 74% HOLD SENIOR LEVEL TITLES, WITH APPROXIMATELY 20% HOLDING TITLES OF CEO, CHAIRMAN, OR PRESIDENT. THE FOUNDATION ALUMNI SERVE ON MORE THAN 300 NPO BOARDS IN OUR COMMUNITY. SINCE INCEPTION,THE FOUNDATION HAS SERVED MORE THAN APPROXIMATELY 535 COMMUNITY PROJECTS, WITH PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS AND VOLUNTEERS DEDICATING IN EXCESS OF 12,000 HOURS ANNUALLY TO COMMUNITY SERVICE.
