NATIONAL PAWNBROKERS ASSOCIATION IS A TRADE ASSOCIATION THAT SUPPORTS INDEPENDENT PAWNBROKERS. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS EDUCATION AND NETWORKING FOR ITS MEMBERS AND ADVOCATES FOR THE INDUSTRY AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL. THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH THE RESOURCES AND SUPPORT FOR ENHANCING THE IMAGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF PAWNBROKERS THROUGH ACTION, REPRESENTATION, AND BEST PRACTICES. THE ORGANIZATION PUBLISHES A "NATIONAL PAWNBROKER" MAGAZINE THAT IS PROVIDED TO APPROXIMATELY 1,400 MEMBERS AND 200 INDUSTRY PARTNERS TO EDUCATE PAWNBROKERS AND PROMOTE THE INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES AND TRAINING SEMINARS TO INFORM MEMBERS OF METHODS TO IMPROVE THEIR PAWNBROKERS BUSINESSES. THE ORGANIZATION PUBLISHES A NEWSLETTER TO ITS MEMBERS TO INFORM THEM OF UPCOMING CONFERENCES AND TRAINING SEMINARS.
