BENEVOLENCE LOAE DISTRIBUTES FOOD, TOILETRY AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO NEEDY INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES AND TO OTHER 501C3 ORGANIZATIONS WHO ALSO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE NEEDY. THIS INCLUDES MONTHLY DISTRIBUTIONS TO APPROXIMATELY 400 QUALIFIED LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS FAMILIES AS WELL AS EMERGENCY FOOD ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. LOAE HAS AN APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS AND KEEPS DETAILED RECORDS OF THOSE ASSISTED. OVER ONE MILLION POUNDS OF FOOD WERE DISTRIBUTED TO OVER 4,600 NEEDY FAMILIES IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER CHARITIES THAT WERE SUPPORTED.
