THE SOUTHEASTERN EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ASSOCIATION ("SETA") IS A REGIONAL ORGANIZATION OF PROFESSIONALS AND POLICY MAKERS REPRESENTING ALL AREAS OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. SETA'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE PROCESS THAT WILL ASSIST THE MEMBERSHIP IN MORE EFFECTIVELY IMPROVING INDIVIDUAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL IN UTILIZING JOB TRAINING RESOURCES.

THE SOUTHEASTERN EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ASSOCIATION CONDUCTED TWO CONFERENCES TO ENHANCE AND IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL IN UTILIZING JOB TRAINING RESOURCES AND TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR INTERACTING AND SHARING OF BEST PRACTICES. THE ASSOCIATION SERVED INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND WORKFORCE BOARD MEMBERS.
