TRINITY PLACE HOUSING IS A 100-UNIT APARTMENT FACILITY LOCATED IN COLUMBUS, MISSISSIPPI, WHICH PROVIDES RESIDENCE AND OTHER SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY OR DISABLED. 75 OF THESE UNITS ARE DESIGNATED AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS WITH THE OTHER 25 DESIGNATED AS MARKET RENT UNITS. THE COMMUNITY IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE AN INDEPENDENT LIFESTYLE WITH A SENSE OF SECURITY AND FELLOWSHIP. RESIDENTS ENJOY A WIDE VARIETY OF AMENITIES INCLUDING A MEAL PROGRAM, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION, WORSHIP SERVICES, MAINTENANCE AND MORE.
