SPONSOR THE OPERATION OF ONE OR MORE LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINICS FOR THE CARE, TREATMENT AND WELL-BEING OF ANIMALS. OLHS SHALL PROMOTE RESPONSBILE PET OWNERSHIP BY ADVOCATING THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING ANIMALS AND THE HUMANE AND COMPASSIONATE TREATMENT OF ALL ANIMALS. OLHS SHALL PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THIS MISSION THROUGHOUT THE SURROUNDING AREA.
