PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT - PLANNING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS AND OTHER PROGRAMS FOR THE COUNTIES SERVED BY NDPDD. AT YEAR-END THE ORGANIZATION HAD APPROXIMATELY 40 ACTIVE OR PENDING PROJECTS.
