THE ANNUAL MEETING HAS INVITED SPEAKERS FOR RESEARCH PRESENTATIONS. IN ADDITION, THE ANNUAL MEETING HOSTS AN EXHIBIT ROOM WHERE UP TO FORTY COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE GOODS AND SERVICES TO THE LOUISIANA SUGAR CANE INDUSTRY CAN SHOWCASE THEIR COMPANY. THE ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING IS APPROXIMATELY 300.
THE JOINT MEETING BETWEEN LOUISIANA ASSCT AND FLORIDA ASSCT IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE DIVISIONS TO MEET AND PRESENT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH. THE ATTENDANCE AT THESE MEETINGS IS APPROXIMATELY 225.
