PROVIDE SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE THE ROAD BUILDING INDUSTRY ON BEHALF OF APPROXIMATELY 150 MEMBERS INCLUDING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS AN ANNUAL CONVENTION, MONTHLY RECEPTION FOR MEMBERSHIP, AND MONTHLY MEETINGS. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES PLANS AND PROPOSALS FOR UPCOMING ROADS AND MAKES THESE AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE TO MEMBERSHIP.
