IMPROVE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT IN MATH, SCIENCE, ENGLISH, SOCIAL STUDIES, CERTAIN FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND 2-D ART THROUGH RIGOROUS COURSEWORK AND TRAINING INCLUDING ADVANCED PLACEMENT AND INCENTIVE PROGRAMS.
