UNION ADMINISTRATION - SERVICES AND FUNCTIONS DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH DIRECT UNION OPERATIONS. ALL UNION ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND RELATED COSTS ARE CODED AS APPLICABLE TO GENERAL UNION ADMINISTRATION, BUT HAVE BEEN REFLECTED AS ADMIN EXPENSES RATHER THAN PROGRAM.
STATE CONVENTION AND STATE MEETINGS; NATIONAL CONVENTION: MEMBERSHIP GATHERS TO PLAN FUTURE GOALS OF THE POSTAL WORKFORCE AND TO ELECT NEW OFFICERS. AMONG THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE CONVENTION, THE MEMBERSHIP NOMINATES AND ELECTS DELEGATES TO BE ATTENDING THE ANNUAL RURAL LETTER CARRIER NATIONAL CONVENTION. THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH THESE MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS ARE CAPTURED WITHIN THIS PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENT.
