RETREATSTO DETERMINE IF WE MET THE NEEDS OF EACH GROUP THEY ARE GIVEN AN EVALUATION TO FILL OUT. THE FORM COVERS 5 AREAS: ACCOMMODATIONS, DINING EXPERIENCE, STAFF ASSISTANCE, ACTIVITIES, AND GROUNDS. WE ARE ASKED FOR GUESTS TO RATE EACH AREA BETWEEN 1-5 -1 BEING POOR AND 5 BEING EXCELLENT. IN 2023 WE HAD AN OVERALL RATING OF 4.4WE HOSTED 121 RETREATS SERVING 4,004 PARTICIPANTS OVER 190 NIGHTS.
