A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT (PRAC) PROVIDES RENT ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME PERSONS AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
