ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE FOR OVER 300 ATTENDEES. MEMORY CAFES TO OFFER PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CARE PARTNERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY REGULAR, ENJOYABLE SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH OTHERS IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES, IN A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. TFA PROVIDED GRANTS TO THE THREE ORGANIZATION LISTED IN SCHEDULE O TO HOST MEMORY CAFES DURING THE GRANT TERM. THE MEMORY CAFES PROGRAM OFFERS PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CAREGIVERS A SAFE PLACE TO ENJOY SOCIAL INTERATIONS WITH OTHER IN SILILAR CIRCUMSTANCES.
