MEMORY CAFES TO OFFER PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CARE PARTNERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY REGULAR, ENJOYABLE SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH OTHERS IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES, IN A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. TFA PROVIDED GRANTS TO THE THREE ORGANIZATION LISTED IN SCHEDULE O TO HOST MEMORY CAFES DURING THE GRANT TERM. THE MEMORY CAFES PROGRAM OFFERS PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CAREGIVERS A SAFE PLACE TO ENJOY SOCIAL INTERATIONS WITH OTHER IN SILILAR CIRCUMSTANCES.
