OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION, AND CARE OF CANINES AMONG THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH EDUCAION ABOUT RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP.
