OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION, AND CARE OF CANINES AMONG THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH EDUCAION ABOUT RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP. AN ENDEAVOR TO RAISE AWARENESS REGARDING THE EXTRAORDINARY UNWANTED PET POPLUATION.
